Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions about orders, shipping, returns, and more. All answers match our official policy pages.

Orders & Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take an additional 1 – 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery times depend on your location and begin after processing (1 – 3 business days):

United States: 6 – 11 business days shipping / 7 – 14 business days total
Canada: 10 – 18 business days shipping / 11 – 21 business days total
Europe / UK: 12 – 20 business days shipping / 13 – 23 business days total
Australia / NZ: 12 – 22 business days shipping / 13 – 25 business days total
Rest of World: 14 – 25 business days shipping / 15 – 28 business days total

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons. Please allow a few extra days during holidays and major sales events.

Yes, we ship to the United States and internationally, including Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and most other countries worldwide. A flat shipping fee of $10.99 applies to all orders regardless of destination.

For international orders, please note that import taxes, duties, and customs fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Vevo Fox has no control over these charges.

We ship via USPS and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your location and the item. Tracking is provided for every order — you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your package ships.

Shipping is a flat rate of $10.99 for all orders, to all destinations. We do not currently ship to U.S. military bases (APO/FPO addresses).

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS or FedEx tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime at vevofox.com/track-order. Please allow 2 – 3 days after shipment for tracking information to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] or call (+1) 914-451-5135. We respond within 24 hours on business days and will investigate with the carrier.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, first check with neighbors, your building reception, or safe spots around your property. If still unresolved, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number, and then reach out to us if the issue persists.

If your order has not been delivered within 30 business days from the date it shipped, we will issue a full refund or reship the order — your choice.

Cancellations & Changes

Yes, you may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

A cancellation fee of 10% of your total order value applies to all cancellations to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

To cancel, email [email protected] or call (+1) 914-451-5135 within 2 hours of placing your order. Include your order number in the message. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you would need to follow the return process instead.

We can only make changes to your order if it has not yet entered processing. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and the changes you need.

For address changes: we can update the shipping address only before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

For size changes: if the order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update it. If it has already shipped, you would need to follow the return process after delivery and place a new order for the correct size.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of your order being delivered. The delivery date is determined by the tracking confirmation from your shipping carrier (USPS or FedEx). After 30 days, the order is considered accepted and we are unable to process a return or issue a refund.

Step 1: Email [email protected] with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos showing the issue.

Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours on business days. If approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

Step 3: Ship the item back using a traceable shipping method and send us the tracking number.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

Important: Do not return items without prior email authorization. We cannot guarantee refunds for unauthorized returns.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, here’s what to expect:

Inspection: We inspect the item within 2 business days of receiving it.
Refund issued: If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal).
Confirmation: You’ll receive an email once the refund has been issued.
Funds appear: Refunds typically appear in your account within 10 – 15 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The cost of return shipping is not included in your refund. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method, as Vevo Fox is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you received an item in the wrong size or color and would like to exchange it, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like instead.

Our team will check availability and let you know within 24 hours on business days whether an exchange is possible. If the item is out of stock, we’ll process a standard return and refund instead.

Payment & Security

We accept payments through PayPal, which also allows you to pay with credit or debit cards. During checkout, you’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page to complete your transaction.

Yes. We use advanced SSL encryption to protect your data during checkout and follow PCI compliance standards. Your payment information is processed securely through PayPal — we never store your credit card details on our servers. We also never rent, sell, or share your personal information with third parties.

Vevo Fox does not collect sales tax on orders. For international orders, any applicable import duties or taxes are determined and collected by your local customs authority — not by Vevo Fox.
